About Me

"True listening brings us in touch even with that which is unsaid and unsayable"

    ~ Anon.

I’ve always been deeply fascinated by the intricacies of the human body, and by the subtle yet profound connection between physical health and emotional wellbeing. I spend much of my time immersed in nature, as well as exploring my own body through practices such as Chi Gong and rope flow. I feel a natural affinity for movement and fluidity, balanced by an equally deep reverence for stillness and quiet listening. Creating space for both has become an essential and intentional part of my life.

My relationship with Craniosacral Therapy (CST) began with this innate curiosity and the desire to explore and develop this profound, instinctual and embodied means of communication.

Through reflection on receiving many hours of CST myself, I learnt to trust my body as my guide - nurturing a deeper-rooted sense of respect and connection for and within my own body allowed for an openness and ease within myself that I hadn’t previously known.

CST has been a refuge for me at times when I have needed holding – and it is a practice that I now hold with deep gratitude, respect and love.

Naturally, I followed this calling and began training in the field myself, choosing to study Anatomy & Physiology at the College of Body Science (fully accredited) and subsequently earning my diploma in CST through Circle Cranio.

I believe that within each body lies a fundamental blueprint of health. As we deepen our connection to ourselves, we create space for our body’s innate intelligence and vitality to flourish, allowing for true healing to occur.
